Our rates are as follows (and subject only to Extended Stay discounts):
April 16 to October 31, 2012
- Executive (Studio) Suites $299 single occupancy, $305 double occupancy;
- One bedroom Suites $435 single occupancy, $445 double occupancy.
November 1, 2012 to April 15, 2013
- Executive (Studio) Suites $219 single occupancy, $225 double occupancy;
- One bedroom Suites $339 single occupancy, $345 double occupancy;

Gratuities & Government Tax: There is a daily service charge of 10%, per day, per room, which is added to the room bill. All gratuities are subject to change. In addition, there is a government tax of 9.75% levied on the nightly rate.
Deposit and Cancellation: A one night's deposit is required at time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received, and are subject to cancellation until that time. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if reservation is cancelled less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of arrival date. EARLY DEPARTURES will be charged one night's cancellation fee. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
